The juices are designed to be consumed in a specific order to maximize nutrients and absorption. Suja’s 3-Day Cleanse plan, created in partnership with a licensed naturopathic doctor, offers seven different juices as well as a daily digestion shot.
The 1-Day Detox plan offers four bottles of Reboot 1-Day Detox juice, which blends orange, lemon, green coffee bean extract, turmeric, dandelion root, and ginger.
While most of Suja’s juices are available at well-stocked and upscale grocery stores, its juice shots and two different cleanse plans are available online. All juices are made from organic and non-GMO produce and are gluten and dairy free. This extends the shelf-life without the use of preservatives or other additives, and without damaging the nutrients of the juice. Suja offers a wide range of juices and shots, all cold-pressed and preserved using cold pressure. Options include the Cool Green juice made with pineapple, cucumber, and aloe vera Fresh Greens with cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, lemon, and parsley and Ginger Turmeric with apple, ginger, and turmeric. And if you don’t want to pick a pre-curated cleanse, you can easily build your own box from a wide range of juices and smoothies. Pick from four different cleanses-the Skinny Cleanse, the Higher Fiber Smoothie Cleanse, the Lower Sugar Green Protein Cleanse, and the Protein Cleanse-as well as a number of other juice and smoothie “wellness packs.” You get to select how long the cleanse is, ranging from two to 10 days, with certain plans given an additional option to “autoship” (Raw Generation’s word for subscription) for an additional discount. This means you can store them in your freezer to enjoy whenever you need them, rather than rushing to drink them before they expire. Ingredients are raw and preservative-free, and the juices are flash-frozen instead of high-pressure processed.
